doctor said there are excess acid inside my stomach..and my blood pressure is lower than the adequate level...dropped a lot ever since the last time i went thr pay him my first visit..He advised me to sleep earlier if not will be like ahpo..haha...so no milk is allowed! and cannot eat too many per meal....very trouble stomach...
